What shall I do before cooking?

  • Hand-clean the bakeware when you use it the first time with hot water and soap
  • Add a drizzle of oil and clean what exceeds with some greaseproof paper
  • Do not put the product in a pre-heated oven after taking out of the freezer, but wait for it to be room-temperature

And during the cooking?

  • Use some oven mitts to not get burnt
  • Do not exceed the maximum temperature of 250°C
  • Keep clear from contact with gas flames or electric plates

After the cooking?

  • Before demoulding, let it cool down for a few minutes
  • You can use them as an elegant serving dish
  • In order to remove the persistent remaining, fill the bakeware with hot water and soap and leave it for 10-20 minutes
  • Wash in your washing machine or hand-clean
