In every recipe, the high thermal conductivity of Hi-Top steel always guarantees perfect and uniform cooking, even for porridge and focaccia. Even the materials used are of the highest quality, in fact they do not contain BPA, PFOA and heavy metals and offer great resistance to scratches and wear. The Gold Elegance range’s pizza pan is available with diameter 32 cm and height 1.5 cm. Do not use with temperature higher than 230°C.
