ACTIONS4MORE - 2024 Sustainability Report

PEOPLE - INCLUSIVE WORLD tions may also be assessed in a more targeted way, consistent with the characteristics of individual products. In recent years, both Associations have focused their efforts on the complex issue of PFAS, aiming to support companies in adopting best practices and transparent communication. Given the highly debated nature of the topic, a sample Q&A document was created to ensure consistent messaging, in case the Association or its members are approached on the subject by trade journals or end consumers. We enthusiastically participate in events where we are invited as speakers, sharing our sustainability journey, presenting results achieved, and outlining future objectives of our Actions4More program. Specifically, in February we took part in an event organized by Bios Management in collaboration with CDAF (Club of Administrative and Financial Managers), hosted at Eataly Lingotto, focusing on the new European regulation and sustainability reporting obligations, with particular attention to SMEs. In April, we participated in a roundtable organized by the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Turin (API), which addressed various topics related to sustainability reporting and the strategic role of businesses in the transition process. We have always been committed to supporting the community through active collaborations with associations and charitable organizations. Our focus is particularly on the local area where we operate and where many of Guardini’s people live. In 2024, this commitment took shape through support for organizations such as CBM Italy – Association for blind and disabled children – and the Don Bosco Center in Alessandria, through product donations. We keep our Humanity alive - a precious resource to be safeguarded with care. 71
