ACTIONS4MORE - 2024 Sustainability Report

PEOPLE - INCLUSIVE WORLD 69 Alongside the Code of Ethics and the Integrated Quality Manual, which reaffirm the principles governing our supplier relationships, the Supplier Code of Conduct formalizes the requirements that all our business partners must comply with - covering human rights (including the core standards of the International Labour Organization – ILO), health and safety, anti-corruption, antitrust, environmental protection, and product safety. Supplier suitability assessment methods are defined within the Supply Process Management Procedure. Possession of ISO 9001 certification, verified by an accredited body, represents a preferential prerequisite for qualification. The process may also include an on-site visit to verify the validity of the organization, products, and production facilities, and their ability to guarantee the required quality. If the supplier is deemed suitable, it is included in the List of Qualified Suppliers (EFQ) and the Supplier Register, which the Quality Manager (RSGQ), in collaboration with the Purchasing Department, keeps constantly updated. For business partners classified as “significant” by the RSGQ, we require an in-depth self-assessment using SA 8000 and ISO 9001 questionnaires. It should be noted that this category also includes on-site suppliers, such as cleaning companies, staffing agencies, and providers of in-house packaging services. For the procurement of strategic materials - such as raw materials, packaging, accessories, and/or products for resale - the qualification process also includes the submission of test samples, which determine approval and authorization to supply. We systematically monitor supply quality by annually reviewing all purchasing-related indicators as part of Management Review, with particular attention to contract compliance, delivery timing, and non-conformities identified during acceptance and/ or production/packaging inspections. Following the update of the supplier list based on Management Review findings, the RSGQ assesses the need to carry out audits of suppliers deemed at risk. To effectively oversee supplier relationships, our goal is to gradually extend a more stringent ESG-based selection and evaluation system to all strategic suppliers. In response to feedback received during a client audit, we are considering adopting more detailed supply specifications, which include not only qualitative criteria but also certification requirements and full regulatory compliance in all areas. 2024 2023 2022 % of new suppliers screened using environmental and social criteria 100% 100% 100% Number of suppliers identified as having significant actual and potential negative impacts 0 0 0 % of procurement budget spent on national suppliers 25% 35% 19%
