Our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) also reflects this vision. Published content is consistent with our communication strategy and aims to engage a community of food enthusiasts while promoting more conscious and responsible consumption practices. Over the year, we partnered with five content creators to co-develop authentic and engaging content, thereby strengthening the sense of community and reinforcing adherence to our corporate values. Our commitment to transparency is also reflected in our packaging. Each label provides the necessary identification details to ensure full traceability, along with usage instructions and proper disposal guidelines. For our most recent product lines, we expanded the information provided on low-impact, recycled, or recyclable materials used in packaging or in the products themselves. This information is jointly defined by our marketing, product development, and quality departments, with the aim of ensuring accuracy and reliability, while avoiding any form of greenwashing. Finally, our technical support service is always available to handle reports, manage complaints, and respond to specific requests, thereby ensuring timely and efficient after-sales service.
