Based on regular pay analyses, we have defined compensation policies and a remuneration strategy aligned with our corporate growth objectives. Since 2018, we have offered fuel vouchers as a fringe benefit for our employees, as part of our Corporate Welfare initiatives. In addition to these benefits, the company shows its commitment to employee well-being through individual support measures, including flexible working hours and family care leave, supplementing the provisions of the collective agreement.
