We are committed to providing stable employment contracts and fair compensation, based on specific criteria such as external market benchmarks, professional experience, role requirements, and assigned responsibilities - always with the utmost objectivity. We uphold freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining, encouraging proactive, two-way dialogue with relevant trade unions. Internal communication is an essential tool to support organizational change and build a shared culture, guiding collective efforts toward the achievement of common corporate goals through the contribution of every individual. In line with our commitment to transparency and stronger employee engagement in corporate dynamics, we have formalized and shared the organizational chart, role matrix, and related job descriptions, while also establishing internal communication channels for the exchange of institutional and organizational information. We support the professional development of our people through continuous training, starting from the initial onboarding phase, which involves close interaction with line managers and the sharing of rules on quality, safety, and privacy, as well as the Code of Ethics and company policies. For the design and structuring of the Annual Training Plan, we conduct a corporate training needs analysis, involving line managers and also taking employee suggestions into due consideration. Training is delivered in various formats: mentoring and on-the-job training during onboarding or role changes, classroom sessions, participatory activities, cross-functional groups, and workshops.
