Made completely of food contact approved silicone, the mat can be used as an oven sheet for making biscuits, brioche and little pizzas. It is non-stick and resistant to high temperatures so it can be used in both traditional and microwave ovens as a base for all kinds of pastry, substituting oven paper and can be used over and over again. It can be used as a pastry board and to knead and cut pastry of various kinds. The pastry does not stick and can be cut with precision thanks to the ruler. The oven sheet also adheres perfectly to the work surface. It also functions as an oven mat for resting hot pans and dirty utensils without ruining or dirtying the worktop. Its hygienic, odourless and tasteless, easy to wash both by hand and in a dishwasher, takes up little space because it is flexible and can be rolled up or followed after use.

Juliette is a complete range of flexible and non-stick silicone pans. Thanks to the material characteristics, they could be stored anywhere, they are easy to clean and suitable to use in oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. The silicone material also allows a faster cooking, that will permit to save time and energy.
Juliette pans are entirely made of platinic silicone in compliance with stringent international standards for food-safe materials (FDA – U.S.A.; BgVV – Germany; DM n. 104 del 21/03/1973 – Italy; Arrêté du 25/11/1992 – France).
Suitable for cooking and freezing, silicone pans can be used in traditional ovens, microwaves, refrigerator, and even in the freezer because they resist temperatures from –40°C to 260° C.
